Families-in-Action seeks donations for After-Prom Breakfast and Project Graduation

For all of the to-do surrounding prom--the dresses, the limousine rides and the parties--many Hermann High School students look for a safe and alcohol-free environment where they can have fun after the dance. The same goes for graduation night, and that's why Families-in-Action is hoping for community donations to support both an After-Prom Breakfast and Project Gruaduation.
Both events have been extremely successful in past years thanks to donations from local businesses and private donations from citizens. Cash donations are greatly appreciated and can be sent to Families-in-Action, c/o Sheila Bruckerhoff, 156 Route 19 South, Hermann, Mo., 65041.
The prom will be held April 17, 2010, and the breakfast will immiediately follow in the St. George gymnasium. It will run until 2:00 a.m.
Project Graduation will be held the night of graduation when all seniors will be bused to a separate site to celebrate their graduation as a class.
