Four Washington Teens Injured in Rollover

Alexandra A. Adams, 19, of Washington was northbound on Pottery Road Sunday evening about 11:59 p.m. when, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol, she failed to negotiate a curve about one-tenth of a mile short of Hwy. 100. The 2003 Pontiac Sunfire she was driving slid off the left side of the road and overturned. Adams suffered moderate injuries and was lifted by Air Evac to St. John’s in Creve Coeur.
Three passengers also sustained injuries and were taken to St. John’s in Washington by Washington Ambulance. They were Austin W. Carey, 16, Branden L. Glaser, 15, and Simone D. Wyatt, 18. Carey and Glaser were listed with moderate injuries. Wyatt’s injuries were considered minor.
According to the report, none of teenagers were wearing seatbelts. The vehicle was totaled.
